Every Fibrox order is processed within 24 hours and shipped with full tracking so you always know exactly where your package is. We ship to 50+ countries worldwide and offer free shipping on orders over $50.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation, Monday through Sunday including weekends. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery Timeframes
Pakistan (Domestic)
Standard delivery takes 2 to 4 business days across all major cities including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and Peshawar. Remote areas may take an additional 1 to 2 days. We ship via Leopards Courier, Trax and PostEx depending on your location.
International Orders
International delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days depending on your country and local customs processing times. Express international shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Estimated Delivery Dates
An estimated delivery date is shown at checkout before you complete your order. This estimate is based on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods, public holidays and adverse weather conditions.
Shipping Costs
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 worldwide. This threshold is automatically applied at checkout — no coupon code needed.
Standard Shipping
Orders below the free shipping threshold are charged a flat shipping fee shown at checkout based on your delivery location. We always aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Express orders are prioritised in dispatch and typically arrive in 3 to 5 business days internationally and 1 to 2 business days within Pakistan.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you have not received your tracking email within 24 hours of placing your order please check your spam folder or contact us at support@fibrox.com.
Cash on Delivery
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Pakistan. Simply select COD at checkout and pay when your order arrives. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international orders your package may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping fees. Fibrox has no control over customs processing times or fees. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.
Missing or Delayed Orders
My order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please first check your tracking link for the latest update. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days please contact us at support@fibrox.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
My order shows delivered but I have not received it
Please check with neighbours or building reception as couriers sometimes leave packages nearby. If the package cannot be located contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.
