Application

How do I apply Fibrox?

Part your hair to expose the thinning area. Hold the Fibrox applicator 2 to 3 inches away from the area and shake gently. The fibres will disperse and bond to your existing hair on contact. Then use your fingertips or the included applicator pad to press the fibres in gently. That is it. The whole process takes under 30 seconds.

Do I need any special tools to apply it?

No. Fibrox comes with a precision applicator pad included in the box. You can also use your fingertips. No brushes, sprays or additional tools are required.

How much product should I use?

Start with a small amount, you can always add more. Most users find that a light to medium application looks the most natural. Over-application can lead to a slightly powdery appearance so less is more especially when you are starting out.

Can I use Fibrox on a completely bald area?

Fibrox works best where there is some existing hair for the fibres to bond to. On completely bare skin with no hair the fibres have nothing to adhere to and the result will not be as effective. For very sparse areas we recommend applying a light base layer first then building coverage gradually.

Can I style my hair after applying Fibrox?

Yes. You can style your hair normally after applying Fibrox. We recommend applying Fibrox after styling rather than before for the most natural result, as heat tools and styling products work better on natural hair first.

How long does Fibrox last?

Fibrox holds for 48 hours or more under normal conditions. It is designed to last through a full day without touch-ups.

Is Fibrox waterproof?

Fibrox is water, sweat and humidity resistant. It will hold through rain, gym sessions and hot weather. It washes out cleanly with shampoo during your regular wash routine.

Will Fibrox rub off on my pillow or clothing?

When applied correctly Fibrox bonds to the hair strands and does not transfer onto pillows or clothing. We recommend allowing 2 to 3 minutes after application before lying down or putting on light-coloured clothing for best results.

Will it look natural in photos or under direct light?

Yes. Fibrox uses silica micro-particles that mimic the texture of real hair, making it undetectable even under direct light, flash photography and HD video. This is one of the key differences between Fibrox and cheap generic alternatives.

Can I use Fibrox in Karachi or hot humid climates?

Yes. Fibrox was specifically formulated to perform in hot and humid conditions. The electrostatic bonding formula holds through heat and humidity without fading or falling out.

Yes. Fibrox is safe for daily use. It washes out completely with shampoo so simply apply it each morning as part of your regular routine and wash it out when you shampoo.

Does Fibrox affect hair growth?

No. Fibrox is a cosmetic product that sits on the hair and scalp surface. It does not penetrate the scalp, affect hair follicles or interfere with natural hair growth in any way.

How long does delivery take?

Within Pakistan delivery takes 2 to 4 business days. International orders typically take 7 to 14 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

How do I track my order?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

What if my shade does not match?
