If Fibrox does not work for you — for any reason, no explanation needed — contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will refund you in full. No return required. No lengthy forms. No back-and-forth. Just a straightforward refund processed within 3-5 business days.
What is covered
If the product did not perform as expected, if the shade did not match despite following our shade guide, if you simply changed your mind, or for any other reason — you are covered. We mean it when we say any reason.
What is not covered
Orders placed more than 30 days ago and products that have been damaged intentionally are not eligible for a refund.
How to claim
Email us at support@fibrox.com with your order number. We handle everything from there. No need to ship anything back.
Promise 2 - Free Shade Replacement
Getting the shade right is the hardest part of buying a hair filler powder online. We know that. So if your shade does not match — whether it is your first order or your tenth - we send you the correct shade at absolutely no cost. No return, no restocking fee, no awkward conversation.
How it works
Your order arrives and the shade is not quite right. Email us a photo of the product next to your hair in natural light. We confirm the better shade and ship it within 24 hours. You keep the original — use it, gift it, or dispose of it however you like.
Does this guarantee expire
No. This guarantee has no expiry date. If you have been a Fibrox customer for a year and switch to a lighter shade after colouring your hair — we cover it.
Promise 3 - Dermatologist Tested, Safe Formula
Fibrox is formulated without harsh chemicals, artificial fragrances or irritants. Our formula is odourless, dermatologist tested and safe for daily use on all hair types including sensitive scalps. If you experience any irritation or reaction — which is extremely rare — contact us immediately and we will arrange a full refund with no questions asked.
What makes our formula different
Our formula contains zero chemical odour and is completely fragrance free. It contains no parabens, sulfates or harsh binding agents. SPF 15 protection is built in. It is safe for colour-treated, chemically processed and natural hair of all types.
